Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive surgical care for patients with breast disease, including benign and malignant conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of oncologists, radiologists, plastic surgeons, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in hospital breast cancer initiatives , tumor boards, and quality improvement programs. Engage in community outreach and patient education programs related to breast health. Maintain compliance with hospital and national healthcare quality standards. Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Board Eligible/Board Certified in General Surgery with Fellowship training in Breast Surgery or Surgical Oncology (preferred). Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Florida. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team . Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary: Expected range of $350,000 $450,000 , commensurate with experience (Negotiable) Signing bonus and relocation assistance .
