We are recruiting for a Florida-barred Litigation Attorney with trial experience in personal injury law. This is an exciting opportunity to litigate complex cases, including: Auto Accidents Catastrophic Injuries Slip and Falls Medical Malpractice National Mass Tort Claims Responsibilities: Manage personal injury cases from filing to verdict in state and federal court Conduct and respond to discovery Take and defend depositions (fact and expert) Attend court hearings and mediations Prepare for and try jury trials File post-trial motions and participate in trial clinics Collaborate with legal support staff and litigation team Requirements: Active Florida Bar license in good standing 2 jury trials as first chair 3 years of PI litigation experience preferred Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume caseload Experience mentoring or directing junior staff is a plus Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) 8 paid holidays Performance-based bonuses Medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD coverage Bereavement and hospital leave Group and optional life insurance 401(k) with company match To Apply: Submit your resume along with a list of jury trials and verdicts where you served as first chair.
