As the first point of contact for HR matters, youll provide expert guidance on absence, conduct, and performance issues, ensuring policies and legislation are followed. Your expertise in handling ER challenges will be key in keeping operations running smoothly and supporting stakeholders effectively. While primarily focused on specific areas, you'll also support other locations, involving travel as necessary.
