Sourcing & Screening: Use various methods to find candidates, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to ensure a good match for roles. Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop client accounts, and achieve sales targets. Negotiation & Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations and manage job offers between clients and candidates. Market Research & Networking: Stay updated on industry trends and expand professional networks through events and networking.
