TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in San Bernardino, California, 92411! Pay Information $3,108 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Labor & Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS NRP ACLS Advanced AWHONN Must-Have: Must have 2 years of experience or more. Travel experience is preferred. C-section experience required: must be able to circulate in for c-sections. Description: Unit has 10 Labor & Delivery beds and 4 triage beds. There are 17 postpartum beds available. The unit sees approximately 150 births per month. Ratios are 1 nurse to 2 patients. Fetal Heart Monitoring System used is Fetal Link. Electronic Medical Record system is Cerner Power Chart. Charge Nurse position is available. One OB tech is on shift per day. Weekend requirement is two weekend shifts per four-week schedule. No call requirement exists. Travelers will be required to work one major and one minor holiday. Scrub color will be provided. Telemetry is GE-based. OB and Anesthesia teams are in-house 24 hours. Respiratory Therapy and Pharmacy services are available 24/7. Shifts are 12 hours from 0700-1930 and 1900-0730. The patient population includes those 20 weeks and above. The NICU is a level 2 unit, with transfers for level 3 babies. High-risk deliveries include those with hypertension, diabetics, advanced maternal age, pre-term infants, no prenatal care, substance abuse issues, and twin deliveries.
