TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PICU RN in Kansas City, Missouri, 64108! Pay Information $2,693 per week About The Position Job Title: Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Pediatric Critical Care Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum Years of Experience: Pediatric critical care experience within a critical care unit. License: Must have a current license in Missouri and a Kansas license. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required. Must-Have: Travel experience is required. Floating within similar specialties across critical care units is expected. Description: The Critical Care Float positions will be expected to float to other Critical Care units. There is a small chance of floating to a nearby facility. Nurses without a Kansas license but willing to obtain it may be considered. Float assignments will only include similar acuity specialties. Experience in pediatric critical care units such as PICU, NICU, or CVPICU will be considered. Flexibility in scheduling is preferred. Robust training and assessments will be provided following initial onboarding. Only AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are accepted. RNs must obtain both a Missouri license and a Kansas license. Documentation for the pending Kansas license application must be provided if applicable. Passing a medication and dosage test within the first week is required. Nurses will be given multiple attempts to pass as necessary.
