Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience as Change Manager 1 year of experience in change management supported by the ADKAR methodology. Languages: English, Portuguese & Spanish Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design strategies and plans for technological transition. Create timelines and define implementation stages Design and execute training programs to help employees adopt new technologies. Ensure alignment of K & A training with broader ADKAR plan. Provide insights on potential resistance points based on training feedback. Recommend ongoing reinforcement actions. Apply strategies to mitigate resistance and promote an open mindset towards change. Oversee the deployment of new tools or systems. Adjust processes based on the results obtained to optimize future implementations. Role of Key users in adoption, addressing resistance, communication techniques. Activities: Role-play handling resistance. Deliverables: KU change support toolkit. Expected result: KUs can actively support peers during change rollout. Ensure that stakeholder expectations align with the objectives of the change. Maintain records and documentation of all phases of the change. Create reports to inform senior management.
