Lobby & Public Area Presence Maintain a welcoming presence in public areas, ensuring cleanliness, ambience, and presentation are exemplary. VIP & Group Coordination Personally welcome VIPs and groups, manage room allocations, and provide thoughtful touches such as room drops and turndowns. Guest Profiling & Communication Manage guest profiles, pre-arrival communications, and post-departure follow-ups, ensuring information is accurate and shared across departments. Requests & Complaints Management Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, complaints, and special requirements. Travel Desk Liaison Coordinate tours, transfers, and Cape Town experiences with travel partners, maintaining accurate records and service provider relationships. Operational Support Assist with Opera system functions, including check-ins, check-outs, reports, and room allocations, ensuring smooth communication with the Guest Experience Manager and team.
