Technical Operator

What you could be doing: • Preparing and batching ingredients used in our products. • Setting up and operating machinery that mixes or cooks our products. • Setting up and operating machinery that fills our well-known packaging with our products. • Performing routine maintenance and basic tasks to support our Engineering team. • Important quality checks on our products at different stages in the production process. • General hygiene of machinery and working areas - following Good Manufacturing Practices Working Hours: 3 shift rotation - days 06:00 - 14:00, afters 14:00-22:00, nights 22:00-06:00, over a 3 week rolling fixed shift pattern Salary: Annual salary of £36,488 (inclusive of 3 shift allowance) What we need from you: Essential: • Self-motivated • Able to work alone or as part of a team • Flexibility to work across multiple departments as and when required • Good attention to detail • A high level of technical ability Desirable Experience of working in FMCG / manufacturing experience Health & Safety qualifications Food safety qualifications FLT licence GCSE Maths or equivalent GCSE English or equivalent Closing date The closing date for applications is intended to be Friday 24th October 2025.
