The Role As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where young people can grow and thrive. Day to day, you will: * Build trusting, positive relationships with children and young people. * Support daily routines, education, and recreational activities. * Work closely with colleagues to provide consistent care and stability. * Take part in sleep-in shifts (included in salary package). About You We’re seeking caring, resilient individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with complex needs. To succeed, you will: * Be flexible to work long day shifts (7am–10pm) and sleep-ins. * Have experience in similar roles such as Residential Childcare Worker, Support Worker, SEN Assistant, or Teaching Assistant. * Be confident managing challenging behaviours in a calm, professional way. * Be committed to gaining further qualifications (fully funded).
