Role Overview •⁠ ⁠Seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Product / Contracting specialist from travel background to manage supplier relationships, oversee hotel contracts and special offers, and research new opportunities to keep our client’s luxury portfolio innovative and competitive. •⁠ ⁠Shaping best practices, refine workflows, and support colleagues in delivering a consistently world-class product function. Key Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠Manage hotel contracts, special offers, and product proposals across global markets. •⁠ ⁠Input and audit rates, conditions, and allotments with precision. •⁠ ⁠Maintain and optimise supplier records and relationships. •⁠ ⁠Research and develop new global product opportunities. •⁠ ⁠Conduct competitor and market analysis to strengthen positioning. •⁠ ⁠Partner with the Director of Contracting & Group Operations on strategic projects. Necessary Skills & Attributes •⁠ ⁠ESSENTIAL - Proven Product or Contracting experience within Travel. •⁠ ⁠Commercially astute with strong organisational skills. •⁠ ⁠Detail-driven, resourceful, and solutions-focused. •⁠ ⁠Excellent communicator, confident in supplier-facing interactions. •⁠ ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office; travel systems experience preferred but not essential.
