Role Overview As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for: * Overseeing multiple refurbishment projects across the UK (predominantly hotels & leisure). * Managing site teams, subcontractors, and project resources effectively. * Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Leading client communication and maintaining strong relationships. * Driving health & safety compliance across all projects. About You The ideal candidate will bring: * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within refurbishment or fit-out (hotels/leisure preferred). * Strong track record of delivering multi-million-pound projects. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * The ability to travel regularly to sites across the UK. * A problem-solving mindset and the drive to achieve results.
