Material Handler Forklift Operator

Job Description Job Description The primary responsibilities of this career position are to: • Maintain safe, clean and organized work environment. • Follow Health, Safety and Environmental Polices. • Operate a forklift safely in a limited space warehouse. • Ability to work as a team member to complete tasks. • Pulling customer orders from pick tickets via forklift. • Loading box trailers via forklift. • Inventory cycle counting as needed and locate stock in warehouse racks. • Receiving and placing incoming materials in locations including warehouse racks. • Ability to work an occasional weekend if needed. SAP exp This is a manufacturing operation located in Marietta, GA which is part of the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area. What you need: • Stable employment history. Must be able to pass Company physical and pre and post-employment drug testing. • Ability to work safe and follow HSE Policies. • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions. • Computer literate in Microsoft Office and ability to learn in house software systems related to the warehouses. • Demonstrated solid skills in math and reading • Ability to safely operate forklifts and other industrial equipment, climb stairs repeatedly, lift 55 lbs. containers and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
