Position Details Base Salary: $230,000 Annual Bonus Potential: Up to $10,000 Support Team: Front Desk Coordinator, Scheduler, and Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Benefits Comprehensive Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Continuing Medical Education (CME): 5 days $3,000 annual stipend Paid Time Off: 3 weeks PTO 5 paid holidays 3 sick days Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 Retirement: 401(k) with 4% employer match (eligible after 90 days)
