Executive & Lifestyle Assistant to the Creative Director

What you’ll do Work closely with the Creative Director on a one-to-one basis across business and personal responsibilities. Manage calendars, schedules, and complex travel arrangements with foresight and precision. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications. Serve as a liaison between the Creative Director and internal teams, external partners, and clients. Support the execution of creative projects by ensuring timelines and logistics are well managed. Research products and materials to support interior design / hospitality projects and Seed to Skin product development. Source and secure the best international suppliers and manufacturers for interiors, lifestyle products, and skincare packaging / components. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Who you are Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a senior leader in a luxury, lifestyle, or creative field. Fluent in English; Italian or additional languages are an advantage. Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable — able to manage multiple priorities with ease. Strong communicator, both written and verbal. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs. Tech savvy (Office Suite, Google Workspace, and related tools). Holds a valid driving license and available for occasional travel. What we offer Full-time contract based in Florence. Start date : as soon as possible.
