Job Title: Kids Club Manager Location: KwaZulu Natal, Zululand District, Pongola Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Start date February 2026 Primary Industry: Travel, Leisure, Tourism and Hospitality Job Description We are seeking a highly energetic and creative individual with excellent communication skills to entertain and engage children. The ideal candidate will be able to think outside the box, generate new ideas, and create a fun and interactive experience for kids. Previous experience in teaching or a related field would be an asset, and candidates looking for a change of scenery are encouraged to apply Job Duties: Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for children at the Kids Club Ensure the safety and well-being of children under your care at all times Supervise and manage a team of Kids Club staff, providing guidance and support as needed Maintain and update Kids Club facilities to create a welcoming and stimulating environment Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on their child's participation and well-being Required Qualifications: Previous experience working with children in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Valid First Aid certification Must have excellent English communication skills French Speaking hugely advantageous Valid passport as you would have 2 - 3 months training in Mauritius or Seychelles Education: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent Additional qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related field advantageous Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in a Kids Club or similar childcare setting advantegous Demonstrated experience in staff management and scheduling Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to childcare Ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem-solve effectively Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Child CPR and First Aid Experience working in a resort or hotel setting very advantageous Working Conditions: Will be bushed based with accommodation onsite. Will be expected to work on a cycle ie 3 weeks on 1 week off (Still to be confirmed)
