What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting and standing in for the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations Assisting with planning, ordering, and delivering exciting weekly menus Taking the lead on hospitality and event catering Championing Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards every day Driving exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction Helping to manage the kitchen team, support training, and maintain high performance What You’ll Bring to the Table: Proven Sous Chef experience with strong culinary skills Confidence in hospitality and event catering Creativity and flair for innovative, high-quality dishes Ability to lead, support and inspire your kitchen team Resilience and composure in fast-paced environments Passion for food, a hunger to learn, and dedication to excellence Hungry for more?
