Job Description
Job Title: Operations Executive Contract Type: 6-month FTC (Maternity Cover) Location: Tewkesbury (Hybrid, 3-days a week in the office) Events International is an official hospitality provider for major UK sporting events and concerts, with partnerships at Cheltenham & Ascot racecourses, the O2, WRU, and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. We offer premium hospitality packages including VIP tickets and luxury accommodation. We also manage travel and hospitality for international events such as the Six Nations matches in Rome and Dublin, and the Monaco Grand Prix. The Operations Executive role involves planning and delivering events, ensuring a high-quality client experience, and supporting event profitability. Key responsibilities include managing event documentation, ticketing, supplier coordination, and working closely with the sales team to optimize opportunities. YOU’LL BE DOING · Supporting the Operations Manager and Events Lead in the planning and delivery of multiple events · Creation of client documentation · Fulfilment and packing of client packs · Fulfilment of tickets · Liaising with agents & suppliers · Handling incoming enquiries by phone and email · Booking DPD/ Mail out suppliers · Support & assist with event material, table plans, documentation, staff information YOU’LL HAVE · Availability for 6 months: January 2026 to July 2026 · High degree of accuracy in your work · Ability to manage your workload effectively, well organised, flexible, determine priorities with attention to detail, act on your own initiative as well as being a strong team player · Highly flexible, driven and motivated with strong communication skills. · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, this may involve working additional hours at peak times including weekends · Availability to travel overseas and domestically to sports events YOU’LL RECEIVE · 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rata) and birthday day off · NEST workplace pension scheme · Access to Medicash (including up to 4 dependants) · Enhanced maternity pay: 90% of base salary for 21 weeks · Enhanced paternity pay: 6 weeks at full pay · Access to the Perks at Work platform with thousands of discounts · Opportunities for learning, development, and growth within the wider Compass Group · Relaxed dress code - dress for your day · Flexible working hours to manage your schedule · Free on-site parking · Monthly social events At Events International, we’re proud to foster a workplace that values diversity and promotes inclusion.
