The site delivers a strong mix of wet and dry sales, generating weekly turnovers of £35–40k. What we’re looking for: Experience in high-volume restaurants, or food led pubs Proven ability to manage both wet and dry sales in a full-service environment Strong leadership skills, leading from the floor and keeping teams motivated Commercially aware with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs A confident, energetic personality – someone who brings enthusiasm to both staff and guests Why join?
