You’ll have the autonomy to develop your own pipeline, targeting clients across sectors such as construction, marine, agriculture, and leisure. Supported by sector specialists and a wide breadth of insurance products, you’ll be well positioned to grow both your client base and your career. Key Responsibilities: Build and expand a personal book of business by forging strong new client relationships across Cornwall Identify opportunities to introduce clients to a wide range of commercial covers, adding value and deepening relationships Deliver tailored insurance solutions, drawing on a diverse network of specialist teams and product experts Maintain high standards of client service and retention, working alongside support, claims, and broking teams Actively represent the firm in Cornwall’s business community through networking, events, and client engagement Requirements: Strong commercial insurance knowledge and proven ability to win and retain business Experience engaging with SMEs through to larger corporate clients, ideally within the South West Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team environment Desire to continue personal and professional development through qualifications and exposure to more complex risks If this role isn’t quite right, it’s still worth speaking to one of our specialist team — we may be working on something that hasn’t hit the market yet.
