As one of our Assistant Managers, you could earn in the region £43,000 per year: Base Salary: Up to £36k per year depending on experience Tronc: Estimated between £6.5k - £10k per annum Bonus: Up to £3k annual bonus potential Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required A commitment to prioritise your work life balance and respect of your time off Two days off a week and one weekend off every six weeks Optional 40 hours contract (pro rota salary) Christmas Day off!
