Assistant General Manager – Premium Dining

You’ll be the face of the business – guest-obsessed, visible on the floor, and known in the community. You’ll create strong local partnerships, build lasting relationships with regulars, and energise your team through hands-on leadership. You’ll take full responsibility for financial performance, team development, and local marketing initiatives, with the scope to influence wider brand strategy.
