Job Description Job Description Relic Inc in Ripon, CA is looking for one expo manager to join our 50 person strong team. We are located on 1225 Canal Boulevard. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable. We are seeking a high-energy, detailed-oriented Expo Manager with a minimum of 3 years of Expo experience. Previous line cook experience is strongly preferred to ensure a deep understanding of both the kitchen and front of house flow. We are looking of strong leadership skills to direct and motivate the crew in high volume service. Excellent communication to ensure orders are called clearly timing is on point and every plate leaves the kitchen to standard.Ability to anticipate bottlenecks, delegate3 tasks quickly and keep service moving smoothly. Someone who can remain calm under pressure and ready by example.
