Job Description Job Description Overview We’re a new and growing cleaning company in Tampa, and we’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team as Independent Contractors. Preferred Qualifications (a plus, not required): OSHA Safety Certification Bloodborne Pathogens Certification Green Cleaning Certification Candidates with these certifications may be prioritized for more jobs and have stronger opportunities for advancement with our company. Position: Independent Cleaning Contractor (with potential to transition to part-time employee role) Pay: Paid per job, starting at 40–50% of each cleaning fee (average $18–25/hour equivalent). Direct deposit. Tips go directly to you. What you’ll do: Clean residential homes, apartments, and rental properties (Airbnb/short-term rentals). Ensure spaces are spotless, organized, and guest-ready. Follow checklists provided by Prestige Clean Solutions for consistency. Provide excellent customer service and represent our brand with professionalism. Requirements: Previous cleaning experience preferred (residential, hotel, or janitorial). Must have basic cleaning supplies (vacuum, mop, cleaning solutions, etc.). Reliable transportation and a phone with internet access. Ability to work independently and manage time well.
