General Manager

Randstad Professional’s HR Division, specialized in the search and selection of Middle & Senior Management profiles, is recruiting on behalf of an important client in the hospitality sector for the position of: General Manager Key Responsibilities : Define and implement the overall organizational strategy in alignment with the Board of Directors, leading the strategic planning processes. Oversee the allocation of grants, as well as training and advocacy programs, ensuring their quality, impact, and alignment with the mission. Lead the design of innovative initiatives to address emerging needs and develop sustainable solutions for elderly care. Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and activities. Coordinate operational, administrative, HR, and technological management. Prepare documentation, reports, and agendas to ensure effective and transparent governance. Represent the organization at conferences, forums, and public events, strengthening its visibility, reputation, and global credibility. Supervise the planning and execution of institutional events and communications, ensuring consistency with the Trust’s mission and identity. Drive fundraising activities with institutional bodies and major donors. Oversee financial management, annual budgeting, and performance monitoring, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices in governance. Ideal Candidate Profile: University degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Healthcare, Theology, or related disciplines (Master’s degree preferred). At least 10 years of experience as an Executive Director or senior manager in NGOs, foundations, or similar organizations, with proven success in fundraising and program development. Excellent command of English; knowledge of Italian, French, or Spanish is considered an asset. Strong expertise in budgeting, financial management, and compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Collaborative and transformational leadership style, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and inspire partners and stakeholders. Empathy, active listening, and sensitivity towards the needs of communities on a global scale. Location : Rome
