You will be inserted in the boutique of a prestigious luxury Italian brand located in the centre of Milan, with a focus on women's apparel. Responsibilities Vendita assistita al cliente e tutte le attività legate alla gestione punto vendita. Attenzione all'accoglienza e consulenza al cliente. Clienteling, cura del CRM e storytelling dei prodotti e delle collezioni. Attività di cassa e fidelizzazione del cliente. Qualifications Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Client Advisor in contesti caratterizzati da vendita assistita e forte attenzione al cliente. Orientamento alla fidelizzazione della clientela. Buono standing, solarit e predisposizione al lavoro in team. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, la conoscenza di una terza lingua sarà considerato un plus. Benefits Contratto a tempo indeterminato, diretto con Azienda Cliente. CCNL di riferimento: Commercio. Retribuzione commisurata al livello di esperienza, sistema incentivante, ticket restaurant e welfare aziendale. Orario full time (40h), dal Lunedì alla Domenica su turni.
