The ideal candidate will have a warm, engaging personality and a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences in a refined hospitality environment. Candidate Responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality. Manage check-ins, check-outs, and all front office procedures efficiently. Handle reservations, confirmations, and guest correspondence. Maintain accurate guest records and billing information. Liaise with all departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction. Assist with concierge services, including transfers, special requests, and activity coordination. Uphold the propertys high standards of presentation, service, and discretion Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in a 5-star hospitality environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven experience in guest relations and reservations administration. Familiarity with Benson or similar property management systems is advantageous. Highly trustworthy, reliable, and attuned to detail. A team player with a polished and professional approach. This is a live-out position.
