We're Hiring: Business Development & Account Manager – Energy Solutions | MSP Location: UK (with travel as required) Type: Full-time | Permanent Sector: Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Telecoms, Commercial Real Estate Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving commercial growth in the energy sector? MSP is looking for a Business Development & Account Manager to lead our expansion across industrial, commercial, telecom, and institutional markets. What You’ll Do Identify and secure new business opportunities across key sectors. Build long-term relationships with clients including data centres, industrial parks, and telecom operators. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored multi-source power solutions (solar, battery, diesel, grid). Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract management. Represent MSP at industry events and engage with regulators, partners, and financiers. Who You’ll Work With You’ll collaborate closely with: Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal & Operations teams. External stakeholders including EPCs, technology providers, regulators, and commercial clients. What We’re Looking For 5–7 years’ experience in business development or strategic sales, ideally in energy, infrastructure, or technology. Proven success in securing high-value B2B contracts. Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills. Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months, max 6 points). Legal right to work in the UK (DBS check required). Qualifications Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, Economics, or related field. Knowledge of renewable energy systems and energy-as-a-service models.
