Chef de Partie - Hull | £15.15 per hour | 37.5 Hours per Week 5 Days Over 7 on a rota basis including weekends. Fresh food. Great people. Real work-life balance. We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade at a high-profile workplace restaurant in Hull . As part of Eurest. You’ll be creating high-quality, fresh dishes in a professional, people-first kitchen that values teamwork, quality, and consistency. What You’ll Be Doing Leading your own section in the kitchen prepping, cooking, and plating to a high standard. Creating delicious dishes using fresh ingredients, with care and consistency. Supporting the Sous and Head Chef with service, menu delivery, and day-to-day operations. Assisting with training and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen assistants. Maintaining excellent food hygiene and allergen control (HACCP knowledge essential). Keeping your work area clean, organised, and service-ready at all times. What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up. Passion for flavour, food presentation, and consistent quality. Understanding of food safety standards, allergens, and hygiene best practices. A team player with great communication and a strong work ethic. A desire to grow and develop in a supportive culinary environment.
