Area Manager (Hospitality) Location: Dorset & Devon Counties - South West Coast Patch Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 Car Allowance Bonus Additional Company Benefits SP Executive Search is searching for an experienced Area Manager to join a leading hospitality business with a strong UK presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven leader to oversee multi-site operations, drive sales growth, and enhance brand standards across a dynamic portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the performance of multiple franchise locations, ensuring operational excellence Lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction Drive sales, profitability, and brand consistency across all sites Implement business strategies, marketing initiatives, and cost control measures Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and brand standards Analyse P&L reports and make data-driven decisions to optimise performance Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and franchise partners What We’re Looking For: Multi-site management experience within QSR, food retail, or hospitality Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales growth and cost control Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams Ability to interpret P&L reports and drive financial performance Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for operational excellence If you're a results-driven Area Manager looking for an opportunity to grow with a leading hospitality brand, we’d love to hear from you.
