Assistant Store Manager Trainee

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager Trainee to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team. Responsibilities: Supervise team of restaurant workers Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency Order and control store inventory Train and evaluate employees Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting Resolve escalated customer complaints ​ Qualifications: Previous management experience in quick-service tea/coffee shops Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with demanding customers Excellent written and communication skills Fluent in both English and Chinese are preferred.
