We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our Waikiki team, ensuring smooth daily operations, great customer experiences, and a positive, high-energy workplace. What You’ll Do Lead by example on the floor and deliver excellent service Train, coach, and support your team to grow and succeed Manage scheduling, ordering, and inventory Oversee quality, safety, and cleanliness standards Handle recruiting, onboarding, and performance reviews Keep communication flowing between staff and the leadership team What We’re Looking For 2 years of management experience (food service/coffee/tea/hospitality preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Organized, hands-on, and ready to problem-solve Food Handler’s Certificate (or ability to obtain) Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet Perks & Benefits Pay: $23–$27/hour (~$50k–$55k annually) Health & wellness package Paid time off paid training Employee discounts on merchandise Growth opportunities with a fast-growing brand Location: Waikiki, Honolulu, HI Schedule: Full-time, open availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
