Job Description Job Description What will you do? Must be able to learn and operate all phases of the following positions: Master Control Room Operations, Boiler Operations, and the Evaporator and Mingler portions of the Distillery Field Tech operations. This includes, but not limited to, learning and operating all field and operator related facets of the Beer still, High Quality, Anhydrous, USP and Gin still distillation systems, cooker, enzyme delivery system, continuous fermentation, Swiss Combi, Waste Heat Finisher, dryhouse operations, boiler operations and cooling towers What do you need to bring to the table? Ability to operate multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong verbal & written communication skills. Ability to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to operate in a team environment. Works well with others Ability to operate with minimal supervision. Ability to work under pressure of deadlines. Who are we?
