We are now looking for an Accounts Payable professional to join our Finance team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all accounts payable operations — ensuring accuracy, transparency, and integrity in every transaction. You will work closely with suppliers, colleagues, and auditors to support the financial foundation of our new hotel. Key responsibilities include: Processing and verifying invoices with correct authorization and supporting documentation Managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely, accurate payments Reconciling supplier accounts and bank statements, maintaining up-to-date and precise ledgers Managing month-end closing procedures, including accruals and reconciliations with the general ledger Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations Supervising capital expenditure and asset management processes Supporting internal and external audits with accurate documentation Promoting efficiency, cost control, and compliance across all financial operations Who We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within luxury hospitality Proven understanding of hotel accounting and purchasing procedures Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken) Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Excellent ability to interpret and report financial data with discretion and precision Degree in Economics or related field Proficiency in Sun System, Opera Cloud, Simphony, Book4Time, and Adaco is highly valued Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset Legal right to work in Italy Join us in creating something truly remarkable - Corinthia Rome , where heritage meets innovation and every detail reflects our commitment to excellence.
