BA/BSc degree in relevant fields (Business Administration or Hospitality Management preferred) At least 7 years of fine dining restaurant management experience with deep knowledge of operational standards and customer expectations Proficiency in spoken and written English and Italian Excellent time-management skills, capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously Self-driven, resilient, energetic, and inclusive; open to new ideas and constructive feedback Strong team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills Excellent observational skills to identify bottlenecks and pain points Proactive and adaptable to fast-paced and uncertain environments What will you work on?
