Real Estate Solicitor - 3-5yr PQE - Asset Management work

Leading London law firm 3-5 year PQE Real Estate role. The role will involve working with UK asset managers. You will deal with asset management, sales and acquisitions, financing and complex agreement for lease transactions in variety of sectors such as retail, restaurant, industrial and office; as well as quirky headleases, property rights, rights of light and turnover leases for mixed-use historic Central London estates. You will be encouraged to take a lead role on transactions and to assist in really cementing the relationship with the Clients.
