Our client is looking for a kitchen manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen operations: Food preparation. Cooking Inventory management, Staff supervision. To ensure that the kitchen operates to the high standards of this 5* Hotel. Meet the health and safety regulations, Delivers high-standard food to customers. The kitchen manager will also be responsible for creating menus, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
