We’re on the hunt for a visionary Head of Beverage Department who lives and breathes coffee—from green bean to cup—and is ready to lead with heart, innovation, and expertise. As Head of Beverage, you’ll lead the coffee program across multiple locations and directly impact every aspect—from roasting and recipe creation to team leadership and retail product development. Responsibilities: -Develop and enforce SOPs for beverage prep and service -Ensure recipe consistency across all outlets -Source and purchase high-quality green Arabica beans -Oversee roasting, blending, and quality assurance -Lead, train, and mentor baristas and head baristas -Innovate new drinks and seasonal menus -Manage daily beverage operations and inventory -Spearhead the launch of a retail packaged coffee line Requirements: -Proven experience in coffee roasting and beverage operations -Deep knowledge of Arabica coffee, green bean sourcing, and blend creation -Strong leadership and team management background -A passion for coffee and dedication to quality -Creativity in menu and drink innovation -Experience in barista training and operational execution If interested, please apply to Ilze@Apply Below
