The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, a strong understanding of fine dining standards, and proven leadership skills to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Job Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role within a fine dining or upmarket restaurant environment. - In-depth knowledge of food service, wine pairing, and premium customer service standards. - Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. - Ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. - Relevant hospitality or management qualification is advantageous. - Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. - Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
