Chef De Partie - Stellenbosch Winelands

This magnificent Restaurant and Wine Cellar in the Stellenbosch Winelands offers a daily a la carte Terrace menu for lunch and dinner as well as a Bistro & Deli Restaurant in the newly built ultra-modern Wine Cellar. We are in search of a DEMI CDP / CHEF DE PARTIE to handle all STARTER SECTION production duties. REQUIREMENTS: Professional Cheffing Qualification. Minimum 3 years experience in a la carte operations / busy outlets (fine dining restaurants,, wine tasting centers & luxury hotels). Strong on Hot or Cold STARTERS, VEG and SAUCES. Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans
