Guest Farm Manager

Award winning, Upmarket Wedding and conference venue near Paarl are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual, who is passionate about the Hospitality industry, to join our events and guest house management team. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our 40 bed guesthouse facility, Conferences and weddings, ensuring an exceptional experience for all our guests. Key responsibilities: Guest house Reservations Housekeeping management Property management- maintenance and gardens Event coordination Office and admin responsibilities Bar/beverage management Min Requirements: 5 Years relevant experience of Hotel/Guesthouse management Tertiary qualification in hospitality management or related fields 3 Year’s Event/wedding coordination experience Strong leadership and team management skills ,attention to detail, flexibility, excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English Relevant computer program experience Own reliable vehicle with relevant drivers’ license SA Citizen with ID Apply as follows: Please send one page cover letter addressing: Why you wish to apply for this position?
