is currently assisting an upmarket Lodge in KwaZulu Natal in sourcing a creative to join their culinary team. This role calls for a talented professional with a passion for pastry and desserts, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to deliver consistent quality in a high-end hospitality environment. The successful candidate will prepare, bake, and serve a wide variety of breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts, ensuring every creation exceeds guest expectations while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Chef Diploma (preferred). Matric and good command of the English language (essential). 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment. Create and serve a variety of pastries, breads, biscuits, desserts, hot snacks, and teatime treats. Friendly, courteous, and guest-focused approach. Monitor and record wastage while ensuring portion control and stock management. Conduct regular stock takes in conjunction with the main kitchen. Complete daily and monthly administration accurately and timeously.
