Maintenance Manager - Western Cape

A 5* game lodge with 25 rooms, set on a 10 000 hectare reserve, seeks a hands on Maintenance Manager meeting the following specifications:- • Trade qualification ESSENTIAL • Minimum 2 years as a Maintenance Manager at a boutique property with upto 30 rooms, swimming pool, solar and borehole • Must have hands on experience in plumbing, electrical work, welding etc • Oversee a small maintenance team of 2 or 3, and be responsible for all lodge and gardens, including borehole and solar. • Hands on as lodge is fairly remote, so use of contractors will be limited • Stable work record and no job hoppers will be considered • Own transport preferred • Drivers licence essential • Must be accustomed to living in a remote area away from the city. • Single only DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE THE SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE LISTED ABOVE.
