Group Operations Manager - Rosebank

High end Restaurant Group based in Rosebank , that offer a diverse selection of world-class restaurants, venues and events is looking for a Group Operations Manager with a commitment to providing premium dining experiences. The portfolio is deeply rooted in the restaurant, bar and hotel culture. As the Group Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurants. This includes the smooth running of operations , optimizing customer satisfaction , managing staff , implementing policies and procedures and maintaining high quality standards. This is a multi-site role and requires the overall management of restaurants. The candidate will report directly to the Operations Director. Requirements: Grade 12 A formal qualification At least 5 years in a senior management role in a high-end restaurant Multi-site restaurant management experience Strong business development background, with a sound sense of business acumen. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams. Strong leadership and management skills Knowledge of F&B industry trends Excellent communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Attention to detail Problem solving skills Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Strong financial acumen and budget management skills Proficiency in using restaurant management software Strong focus on customer service
