Restaurant Manager (Fine Dining Dinner Venue)

We are seeking an accomplished and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our fine-dining dinner service , curating unforgettable evenings of exceptional cuisine, service, and ambiance. About the Role As the Restaurant Manager for Dinner Service, you will oversee the entire front-of-house operation during evening service, ensuring flawless execution, refined guest experiences, and seamless teamwork. You’ll be responsible for driving service standards, mentoring a high-performing team, and upholding the restaurant’s reputation for elegance, warmth, and precision. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and inspire the service team to deliver world-class hospitality during dinner service Oversee reservations, floor management, and guest engagement to ensure a personalised experience Maintain the highest levels of service etiquette, table presentation, and attention to detail Manage service pacing, guest flow, and special dining experiences Oversee stock control, billing, and daily reporting Handle guest feedback with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency Uphold compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards. Experience & Requirements Minimum 3 years’ Food & Beverage experience in a fine-dining or 5-star hotel environment Proven track record in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role within a fine dining restaurant environment Deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest engagement Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities Strong knowledge of wine, food pairings, and menu presentation Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control Immaculate grooming and professional presentation
