Catering Project Manager - Nelspruit

Fedics Healthwise is seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Project Manager to lead operations at one of our flagship healthcare sites in Nelspruit. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven professional with a passion for excellence in food service and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 60 catering staff across two shifts. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality meals aligned with Healthwise standards. Drive operational excellence through PDS score management and continuous improvement. Oversee all aspects of shift scheduling , compliance, and performance. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders , including Hospital Management and Nursing staff Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations Report on KPIs, budgets, and service delivery metrics Requirements Proven experience in Healthwise catering operations (essential) Minimum 3 years in a management role within the food service or hospitality sector Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Ability to work flexible hours and manage shift-based teams Familiarity with PDS scoring systems and performance tracking
