We are seeking a passionate, hands-on General Manager to lead a high-end hospitality venue located on the pristine shores of Praslin Island, Seychelles. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee daily operations, elevate guest experience, and guide a dynamic team in one of the Indian Ocean’s most breathtaking locations. Key Responsibilities Oversee all operational aspects of the property to ensure excellence across service, food & beverage, and guest experience. Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to deliver world-class hospitality standards. Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and profitability while maintaining uncompromising quality. Manage guest relations with professionalism, empathy, and creativity in problem-solving. Uphold brand values through consistent training, team engagement, and performance management. Collaborate with ownership and support teams to achieve strategic goals. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role within the luxury hospitality sector (resort, hotel, or high-end restaurant). Proven success in managing multicultural teams and delivering five-star guest experiences. Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing budgets and achieving performance targets. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. A passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect with guests and staff alike.
