This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role for a team who thrives in 5-star hospitality, loves the bush, and knows how to deliver exceptional guest experiences. What you’ll be doing: Him: Lead guiding operations with FGASA Level 1 (Level 2 preferred) and up-to-date qualifications Conduct trails and ensure guest safety and engagement Maintain vehicles and lodge facilities First Aid Level 1 certified Host guests with professionalism and flair Assist with basic HR and team management Her: Lead front-of-house operations and hosting with warmth and professionalism Knowledge of all lodge departments and PAN essential Admin and computer skills (MS Office) Support HR processes and staff management Deliver exceptional guest experiences What you’ll need as a couple: Minimum 5 years’ experience in 5-star properties Own transport and valid driver’s license Ability to manage a team, multitask, and think creatively on your feet Outgoing personalities and confident entertaining guests Fluent in English (written and spoken) What’s included: Live-in accommodation Food allowance provided 21 days annual leave 6 weeks / 2 weeks schedule Uniform Provident Fund after 3 months
