Responsibilities include: Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in line with the property’s standards. Assisting with the smooth running of the kitchen in collaboration with senior chefs. Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times. Supporting menu planning and ensuring consistency in culinary delivery. Contributing to a positive team environment and assisting in training junior staff. Requirements: Previous experience working in a 5-star environment . Strong culinary skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards. A professional approach with excellent teamwork skills. Relevant culinary qualifications will be advantageous. Package: Salary: R8,000 – R9,000 per month (negotiable depending on experience).
