Hospitality & Outdoor – New Vacancy – Pastry Chef Luxury Boutique Hotel – Simon’s Town, Western Cape (Live Out) We’re looking for a talented Pastry & Hot Section Chef to join a new boutique hotel near Simon’s Town. If you’re passionate about both pastry and hot kitchen work and want to be part of building something exciting from the ground up, this could be the perfect role for you. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef with the ability to handle hot kitchen duties in a luxury hotel, lodge, or restaurant environment • Culinary qualification preferred • Strong skills in baking, desserts, and plated presentation • Ability to manage both pastry and hot section responsibilities with confidence • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences • Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player • Must already reside in Cape Town (position is not live-in) Responsibilities: • Prepare and present a wide variety of pastries, baked goods, and plated desserts to high standards • Support the hot section as required, ensuring smooth kitchen operations • Ensure all food is prepared and served on time, meeting guest preferences and dietary requirements • Monitor stock levels for both pastry and hot kitchen supplies and assist with inventory and ordering • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation at all times • Uphold the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and presentation Package on Offer: R11 000 per month depending on experience (Live Out) To Apply: https://Apply Below/job/breakfast-chef-simons-town-2/
